Yoga Class

This is an 8 week behavioral change program.   Participants will meet once a week for one hour sessions. 1.5 hours is also an option.   The objective of the yoga class is two fold: 1) to increase strength, flexibility and overall wellness 2) to learn relaxation/stress reduction techniques.   All participants are expected to have a yoga mat and wear loose, comfortable clothes.   It is expected that participants will practice some yoga during the week. Because the safety of the participants is paramount, the yoga instructor will only teach positions that are safe and suitable to the fitness level of the class.
