Computerized Wellness Reports
Health Risk Appraisals have been a very effective tool in personalizing an individual’s health risks with specific recommendations for improving lifestyle habits.
Health Promotion Affiliates has the capability of generating computerized wellness reports on a variety of important health issues including:
- Fitness
- Women’s Health
- Nutrition
- Stress
- Cancer
- Healthy Heart
- General Lifestyle
HPA staff bring a laptop computer, card reader, and printer to the worksite. The employee completes the questionnaire on one of these health areas. It is scanned in the card reader and a 3-page individualized wellness report is produced on-site.
The employer receives a group report on the health status of the employees participating for that particular topic.
