HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS

Healthy Weight Loss is an eight-week weight loss program led by a registered dietitian to help participants learn the essential tools necessary to change their approach to eating and exercise.   This is not a diet program.   The emphasis is on making lifestyle changes, not to lose a set amount of weight in a certain time period. Participants will receive sound nutrition information in a motivational manner on every aspect important to healthy weight loss.   Participants must be prepared to take an active role in changing their eating habits and increasing their exercise.
