Our Customers: Health Promotion Affiliates has provided services to over 1800 companies in the last ten years. Companies contact us directly to schedule a monthly seminar series, a yearly health fair, classes, screenings, flu clinics.

HPA’s largest customers are the Massachusetts based Managed Care Companies and employee assistance programs. Health Promotion Affiliates has also provided special events for the American Heart Association.

The Managed Care Companies have requested that HPA provide programs not only to their accounts but also to their employees.

Over the years, these major customers have expanded their business with HPA. We value these partnerships and are committed to a continuation of the high quality services they expect.

After discussing your ideas for wellness we ask you to complete a Health Promotion Request Form and fax it to us with directions to your site at 781-449-7045.
In order to increase participation, HPA recommends the following:

  1. Advertise and promote the event through all communication channels available to the company.
  2. Offer incentives for attendance.
  3. Ask Top Management to endorse the wellness event.
